Police as we know a constituted body of people to enforce law for the society . Actually there is a misconception that the police force in Kerala treated people with ill mannered temper .
And bouted them when they are go for complaints .
We the keralites often fears to reach police station even for the most pressing matters because of brutal verbal speech and physical harrassing. This is the biggest thing happening in Keralam all through the years .
There is no change came in to effect over the years . And also fear is imposed by police men to public with uneasiness and civil disturbance .
Fear in the sense is the basic reason where the complaint registered being incompleted .
Now the Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala have a new perception to make police more accessible to laymen.
He initiated a project named ‘My Police ‘ offers optimism for Public .
Now the visitors can be treated with dignity and efficient services .
The project mainly aims at foster the feeling police station belongs to the people for good service .
When ever the project implement , the Home Minister has a plan to treat people who are approaching a police station will treated with courtesy and basic Civility as well.
The police should follow a basic Civility to people while they were sitting in chair of Police station.
The ADGP will be in charge to help and improve the efficiency of Police stations .
The project will transform the public face of Police stations and make the service more successful.
Range DIGs will gather public feedback each month on the functioning of Police stations and review their performance every month respectively .
Meantime, the Police Chief will also submit a progress report to the government and measures the functioning of Police stations .
The disturbing tendency of Police men to treat brutal assaults will also be disappeared.
The barbaric and reprehensible conduct must not be triggered at any circumstances is the basic order given to the police by Chief .
During the previous government days , the complaints were wide spread and the protesters were mishandled by the police men .
This should be examined and the committed police official will follow a courteous manners to people who are infront of them .
Therefore, Promise of My Police will remain courteous to public by all means .
